- Haruka Shiraishi as Ajisai
- Tetsu Inada as Vare
- Rina Satō as Casuta
The cast of the Dusk Beyond the End of the World anime includes:
- Shūichirō Umeda as Akira Himegami
- Yui Ishikawa as Yugure
- Ai Kayano as Towasa Ōmaki
- Miyu Tomita as Amoru
- Miyuki Sawashiro as Yoiyami
- Tomori Kusunoki as Hakubo

Uru performs the opening theme song, “Platform.” Hana Hope performs the ending theme song “Two Of Us.”
Naokatsu Tsuda directs the anime at P.A. Works and handles the series scripts. Midori Tayama is handling the character design, and Yoshiko Saitō is adapting the designs for animation. Masahiro Tokuda is composing the music. “Project FT” is credited for the original work.
The anime premieres on September 25 with episode 0—the prologue episode. Meanwhile, the first episode will release on October 2. HIDIVE will exclusively stream the anime.
