A new trailer for the Hero Without a Class: Who Even Needs Skills?! anime confirmed an October 1 debut at 10:00 p.m. on Tokyo MX, followed by BS Fuji on October 2 and AT-X on October 6. HIDIVE will be streaming the anime as it airs in Japan.
Kaya performs the opening theme song “Reincarnation,” and Utahime Dream All Stars perform the ending theme song “Kiseki Nanka Iranai (I Don’t Need Something Like a Miracle).”
The Hero Without a Class cast includes:
- Kenshō Ono as Arel
- Saori Hayami as Laina
- Sumire Uesaka as Lilia
- Rumi Ōkubo as Kufa
- Mai Nakahara as Farah
- Shinya Takahashi as Leon
- Carin Isobe as Astea
- Yuka Iguchi as Mila
Kaoru Yabana directs the series at Studio A-Cat, Chabo Higurashi will supervise and write the series’ scripts, and Hiroto Morishita is the sound director. Further, Kento Asahina will compose the soundtrack.
Shichio Kuzu launched the novel series in November 2017. Earth Star Entertainment began publishing it in 2018 with illustrations by Yumehito Ueda in July 2018, followed by Akio Nanae’s manga adaptation in November 2018. One Peace Books publishes the manga via several local and online retailers.
