Metroid Prime 4: Beyond has been rated for T for Teen by the ESRB for Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2, as spotted by Wario64. The ESRB rating is now visible in the Nintendo eShop page for Metroid Prime 4: Beyond.
The rating is a good indicator that Metroid Prime 4: Beyond is being prepared for release by Nintendo. This also follows up after Metroid Prime 4: Beyond was rated in Korea this past July.
Metroid Prime 4: Beyond was previously showcased at the April 2 Nintendo Direct, which revealed the game’s Nintendo Switch 2 Edition version. Metroid Prime 4: Beyond – Nintendo Switch 2 Edition will include two different graphics options, Quality Mode and Performance Mode, which output at 4K 60 FPS and 1080p 120 FPS, respectively. Both of these modes will support HDR, and there’s even the option to play with mouse controls with Joy-Con 2.
