Nintama Rantarō: Invincible Master of the Dokutake Ninja has been added to Amazon Prime Video on August 12. The anime is available with Japanese audio and English subtitles. 

The film made its debut in Japan on December 20, 2024. Additionally, the Nintama Rantarō: Invincible Master of the Dokutake Ninja film earned a total of US$22,182,456 worldwide at the box office.

  • Chihiro Suzuki as Tomesaburō Kema
  • Jun-ichi Kanemaru as Raizo Fuwa
  • Ken Narita as Monjirō Shioe
  • Mayumi Tanaka as Kirimaru
  • Nobutoshi Canna as Koheita Nanamatsu
  • Ryōtarō Okiayu as Isaku Zenpōji
  • Ryūichi Azuma as Hachizaemon Takeya

Masaya Fujimori, who directed the previous films, returned to direct the new one at Ajia-do. Kazuhisa Sakaguchi wrote the screenplay, while Emiko Niiyama worked on the character design. What’s more, Kōji Makaino handled the music, Masaaki Kawaguchi served as art director, and Akira Ōkuma served as music director.

Lastly, the movie is based on Kazuhisa Sakaguchi’s 2013 novel of the same name. It follows the life of Rantaro’s teacher, Hansuke Doi, who loses a battle against Sonnamon and Zatto Konnamon, and subsequently becomes a teacher at Ninjutsu Academy.
