The official website for Kakuriyo -Bed & Breakfast for Spirits- Season 2 confirmed that the anime will premiere in October 2025. Nao Tōyama, the voice of protagonist Aoi, will perform the anime’s opening theme song “Tōryanse.”
Joe Yoshizaki is directing at studio GONZO, with studio Makaria joining in the production of Kakuriyo -Bed & Breakfast for Spirits- Season 2. Tomoko Konparu returns to oversee and write the scripts. Hidemi Katsura is the new character designer, and Noriyo Gōroku is in charge of the art setting and initial color-check art boards. Yi Nong Chen is the compositing director of photography, Satoshi Motoyama is the sound director, and Takurō Iga will compose the music with Flying Dog.
Midori Yūma launched the novel series in Kadokawa’s Fujimi L Bunko imprint in 2015, and Laruha would handle the series’ illustrations. Tsugaru Toba launched the manga adaptation in Kodansha’s Monthly Shonen Sirius in January 2023.
