Nintendo has announced that a Nintendo Direct Partner Showcase will take place tomorrow, July 31, at 6 AM PDT/9 AM EDT. The event will focus on games for the Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2.

In a post, Nintendo confirmed more details about the upcoming Partner Showcase. Specifically, the event will last 25 minutes and feature games from throughout Nintendo’s many publishing partners. It is unlikely that the event will highlight any first-party titles. The Nintendo Direct Partner Showcase will be streamed on YouTube and Twitch on July 31. The Nintendo Direct will likely feature new details on unannounced third-party titles for the Nintendo Switch 2. There will also be details on games that select companies have already announced previously. This will undoubtedly include release dates for both Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade and Hades II on Nintendo Switch 2. The latter just received its last update on early access and will release later this year as a timed exclusive on the Switch 2. It is currently available on PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store. The Steam apge describes it as follows:

The first-ever sequel from Supergiant Games builds on the best aspects of the original god-like rogue-like dungeon crawler in an all-new, action-packed, endlessly replayable experience rooted in the Underworld of Greek myth and its deep connections to the dawn of witchcraft.

As the immortal Princess of the Underworld, you’ll explore a bigger, deeper mythic world, vanquishing the forces of the Titan of Time with the full might of Olympus behind you, in a sweeping story that continually unfolds through your every setback and accomplishment.
