We’re dashing into your feed today with an update on Sonic Rumble’s Global Launch and to answer the question on everyone’s mind: when will we open the floodgates to the chaotic, toy-filled world of Sonic Rumble?
Many of you have been wondering why the game hasn’t been released globally yet, even though it may seem ready. We’re very close and determined to fine-tune Sonic Rumble to ensure the best possible experience once we launch on a global scale. There’s still so much exciting content in the works that we haven’t revealed yet. From new characters, challenging stages, exciting features, to the most amazing crossover events, the team is building even more ways to keep the action fresh and fun.
A big focus right now is making sure the experience is even better for new players who haven’t had the chance to play yet, so some of these changes might not be as visible to those who tried the game in its early stages. We feel a special responsibility to get this right for the entire Sonic community and to deliver a competitive, party multiplayer experience that keeps everyone, new and returning players alike, happy and engaged.
The team is making incredible progress toward Global Launch in 2025, and we can’t wait to show you everything we’ve been building. We are more excited than ever to welcome you all into the game later this year. Thank you for sticking with us on this journey. Your support keeps us moving full speed ahead.
