The First Descendant Season 3 Breakthrough Demo Now Available

NEXON has announced that the demo for the upcoming Season 3 update for The First Descendant, titled Breakthrough, is available now. The demo is available now until August 6. 

The demo for The First Descendant Season 3: Breakthrough lets players to check out some of the update’s content early, including Nell, the Axion Plains, the Hover Bike, and much more. Further, those who play the demo and complete a post-demo survey will receive a Crystallization Catalyst after August 13. Pre-registration for the Breakthrough update is also available now until August 7.

If you pre-register, you can claim exclusive rewards including a Descendant Selection Box, a special title, and milestone bonuses such as a Transcendent Module and an Ultimate Weapon Selection Box. If total pre-registrations reach one million, fans who pre-registered will also receive an Ultimate Descendant Selection Box.

The First Descendant Season 3: Breakthrough will feature the massive Axion Plains field, the Hover Bike vehicle, the Colossus Field Raid, the new Descendant Nell, and the NieR: Automata crossover. In Axion Plains, players can engage in large-scale battles, explore new dungeons, and discover secrets. Moreover, the Colossus Field Raid will be introduced as a new 8-player activity featuring a powerful boss, the slow-moving but devastating Wall Crasher.

The Hover Bike helps players quickly navigate the new terrain on the Axion Plains. Nell can excel in both offensive and support roles, depending on the player’s build. Further, the NieR: Automata collaboration will introduce 2B and A2, who lend their likenesses and animations to the roster of playable Descendants.
