The open beta test for DRAGON BALL GEKISHIN SQUADRA is available to download now on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and PC via Steam. For players planning on playing the game on iOS, Android, and Nintendo Switch, the store pages for those platforms will open at a later date.
The DRAGON BALL GEKISHIN SQUADRA open beta test will be live from June 11 at 11:00 p.m. PDT to June 15 at 10:59 p.m. PDT. You can download the beta from the PlayStation Store or Steam.
This open beta includes characters in the first beta and the following additions:
- Frieza (1st Form)
- Bojack
- Dabura
- Caulifla
- Baby (Young Body)
Moreover, the upcoming beta test will improve upon the last beta test based on the players’ feedback. The ‘Great Ape’ mechanic will be removed completely and the developers are trying to find other ways to implement Great Ape in a different form.
The developers are also introducing two new systems to the game called “Divine Draw” and “Gekishin Burst”. “Divine Draw” picks two rules at random before the match starts, while “Gekishin Burst” makes Gods of Destructions immune to Rush Attacks and Skills.
Lastly, the developers for GEKISHIN SQUADRA, GANBARION Co., Ltd, are known for their work on several known games. Dragon Ball Fusions, Jump Super Stars, Jump Ultimate Stars, and One Piece: World Seeker are some of their biggest titles.
DRAGON BALL GEKISHIN SQUADRA releases in 2025 on iOS via App Store, Android via Google Play Store, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam. Cross-play and cross-save will be available across all these platforms when the game releases.
