SHIFT UP revealed new details about the June 11 update for Stellar Blade, which launches alongside the game’s PC version for Steam and Epic Games Store. The Stellar Blade update will bring Photo Mode improvements and a preset saving function.
EVE will receive three new facial expressions in the Stellar Blade June 11 update, along with four new poses for EVE and Lily. Moreover, up to six lights can now be used, giving players more options.
A Stellar Blade Complete Edition will also be available for the PlayStation 5 and PC (Steam) versions on June 11. The Complete Edition will feature the digital game, Twin Expansion Pack featuring the NieR: Automata DLC and Goddess of Victory: NIKKE DLC, a Goddess of Victory: NIKKE CD-key for a Stellar Blade costume in the mobile game, Fluffy Bear Pack drone cosmetics, and Planet Diving Suit (Captain) for Eve.
Stellar Blade for PC features NVIDIA DLSS 4 and AMD FSR 3 support, an unlocked frame rate, Japanese and Chinese voice-overs, ultrawide display support, DualSense controller support, a new boss battle, 25 new costumes, and improved environment textures. DLSS 4 with Multi Frame Generation can help Stellar Blade run at very high frame rates for PC. The super sampling technology also helps players run the game at higher resolutions, including 4K, while maintaining a frame rate over 60 FPS.
SHIFT UP plans to release a Stellar Blade sequel and the Project Spirits action RPG by 2027. The two games are part of an IP expansion plan for SHIFT UP and its games, including Goddess of Victory: NIKKE. Project Spirits is a cross-platform “AAA urban science-fiction action RPG” on consoles, PC, and mobile devices, and the game itself is built in Unreal Engine.
