SEGA announced Sonic X Shadow Generations and Puyo Puyo Tetris 2S will be available on June 5 as Nintendo Switch 2 launch titles alongside Yakuza 0 Director’s Cut. Physical and digital pre-orders for all three games and Raidou Remastered: The Mystery of The Soulless Army will open on April 24.
Sonic X Shadow Generations, Yakuza 0: Director’s Cut, and Raidou Remastered: The Mystery of The Soulless Army will be available to pre-order for $49.99 each at participating retailers, including Best Buy. Puyo Puyo Tetris 2S will be available for $39.99.
Sonic X Shadow Generations is coming to Nintendo Switch 2 with enhanced graphics, thanks to the console’s improved hardware and capabilities. Meanwhile, Puyo Puyo Tetris 2S features a new Puyo Tetris Doubles mode, which has 2v2 battles with pairs on a single board. In addition, the game features mouse controls with the Joy-Con 2 controllers on Nintendo Switch 2.
Yakuza 0 Director’s Cut for Nintendo Switch 2 includes new never-before-seen story cutscenes with insight into key events and backstories. A new “Red Light Raid” online multiplayer mode will be available with 60 unlockable and playable characters. Moreover, the game features the addition of English and Chinese VO along with French, Italian, German, Spanish, and Simplified Chinese subtitles.
Raidou Remastered: The Mystery of The Soulless Army has over 120 demons, including some from Shin Megami Tensei Devil Summoner 2: Raidou Kuzunoha vs. King Abaddon and Shin Megami Tensei V: Vengeance. There are also many gameplay improvements, five difficulty options, and so much more.
The Nintendo Switch 2 will launch on June 5 for $449.99, and pre-orders will open on April 24 at participating retailers in the US. A Nintendo Switch 2 Mario Kart World bundle will be also available for $499.99.
