Street Fighter 6 and Zelda amiibo Prices Have Increased by $10

Likely due to the ongoing tariffs situation.

    Published:

Retailers like Walmart, Best Buy, and GameStop have updated prices for the upcoming Street Fighter 6 and The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom amiibo, which now received a $10 increase. The increase is likely due to the ongoing and evolving tariffs situation between the US and China.

Going forward, the new Street Fighter 6 amiibo for Luke, Jamie, and Kimberly will cost $39.99 each. The new The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom amiibo for Riju, Tulin, Yunobo, and Sidon will cost $29.99 each.

Moreover, Best Buy will begin to take Nintendo Switch 2 pre-orders in the US on April 24 at 12:00 a.m. EDT on the Best Buy mobile app and BestBuy.com. Best Buy will have pre-orders for Nintendo Switch 2 games and accessories starting at regular store hours.

Most Best Buy stores in the US will open at 9:00 p.m. PT / 12:00 a.m. ET for pre-order pick-up on June 5. Moreover, My Best Buy Plus and Total members can get a $20 certificate for every $150 spent on Nintendo Switch 2 games and gear, for up to $100 in certificates.

Nintendo Switch 2 will launch with a $449.99 MSRP, and a bundle will be available for $499.99 featuring Mario Kart World. Pre-orders at Walmart and Target will also open on April 24 at 12:00 a.m. EDT. Any pre-orders made before 8:00 a.m. local time on June 4 at Walmart are eligible for free delivery by 9:00 a.m. local time on June 5.

Additionally, it was confirmed that pricing for Mario Kart World ($79.99) and Donkey Kong Bananza ($69.99) will remain unchanged at launch. However, Nintendo increased the pricing of accessories, with many raised by $5. For example, a Joy-Con 2 Pair costs $94.99 now, and a Nintendo Switch 2 Pro Controller costs $84.99.
