Kotobukiya announced pre-orders for its Kazuma Kiryu Like a Dragon 1/6 scale figure are now open ahead of its October 2025 launch. The figure costs 27,500 yen or roughly $192, tax included.
Pre-orders for the Kazuma Kiryu Like a Dragon 1/6 scale figure will be available while supplies last in the Japanese Kotobukiya Online Shop. However, all pre-orders made before May 27 will include an exclusive acrylic block featuring Kiryu’s signature dragon tattoo. The figure is also available to pre-order on AmiAmi with a discounted price of 26,120 yen or roughly $182.81.
The 1/6 scale figure stands at roughly 11.41 inches tall with Kiryu about to land a a powerful punch. It’s worth noting that the figure is static without any swappable or movable parts, so what you see is exactly what you get, if you pre-order/purchase the figure.
Fans can also look forward to Yakuza 0 Director’s Cut for Nintendo Switch 2, which includes new never-before-seen story cutscenes. A new “Red Light Raid” online multiplayer mode will be available with 60 unlockable and playable characters. In this new mode, players can join their friends and take out hordes of enemies. Moreover, Yakuza 0 Director’s Cut runs at 4K 60 FPS on Nintendo Switch 2.
Yakuza 0 Director’s Cut marks the second time the Yakuza / Like a Dragon series makes an appearance on Nintendo platforms, following the surprise release of Yakuza Kiwami last year. Yakuza Kiwami was selling very well on Nintendo Switch, with RGG Studio director Masayoshi Yokoyama stating, “It seems that ‘Kiwami’ is selling like crazy. That’s good. Somehow, the company executives were predicting the number of copies. I was way off. I guess I was a bit too conservative.”
