SEGA announced Puyo Puyo Tetris 2S, a new version of Puyo Puyo Tetris 2 launching on June 5 for Nintendo Switch 2. Puyo Puyo Tetris 2S features a new Puyo Tetris Doubles mode, which has 2v2 battles with pairs on a single board.
Puyo Puyo Tetris 2 is currently available now for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam. The Puyo Puyo Tetris series surpassed 3 million copies sold as of December 2023, including worldwide physical shipments and digital copies sold.
