Bandai Namco Entertainment released the second teaser trailer for the new The Idolmaster: Million Live original video animation (OVA). A release date for the new The Idolmaster Million Live OVA was not announced yet.
Shinya Watada, the director of the anime series, returns to direct the new episode at Shirogumi with Yoichi Kato as the script writer.
The Idolmaster Million Live TV anime series premiered on October 8, 2023, and the anime aired on TV Tokyo, BS11, BS NTV, and other affiliate channels and networks. Alongside the aforementioned staff members, Lantis produced the music as composer. Moreover, Bandai Namco Entertainment planned and produced the anime series. The company is also credited as the original creator of the series.

The Idolmaster: Million Live first launched on February 27, 2013 for Android and iOS in Japan, and the mobile game ended service on March 18, 2018. The Idolmaster: Million Live Theater Days, the game’s sequel, is available now for Android and iOS in Japan.
