Bandai Namco Filmworks announced that Maruko Nii’s Girls und Panzer: Motto Love Love Sakusen Desu! spinoff manga will receive a four-part anime adaptation. The anime will screen in theaters in Japan “next winter, and a new key visual was revealed.

The Girls und Panzer franchise will have various stage events at AnimeJapan 2025, which takes place from March 22-23 at the Tokyo Big Sight Exhibition Center. More news about the spinoff anime is likely to arrive during the event.
Masami Shimoda directs the new Girls und Panzer anime at P.A. Works and Actas. Takahiko Usui is the series director, and Noboru Kimura writes and oversees the series scripts. Humikane Shimada and Isao Sugimoto are the original character designers with help from Takeshi Nogami. Additionally, Sugimoto is the character designer for animation.

Maruko Nii launched the Girls und Panzer manga in 2013 in Monthly Comic Alive. The manga’s 23rd volume will ship on March 22. The anime series began in October 2012 and aired for 12 episodes. Lastly, the anime film adaptation, Girls und Panzer der Film, opened in November 2015 in Japan.
