    April Showers Bring May Flowers Anime Premieres in July 2025

    It won't be premiering in May, though.

    The official website for the TV anime adaptation of Roku Sakura’s April Showers Bring May Flowers manga announced it will premiere in July 2025. The full staff, main cast, a promotional video, and the key visual for the anime were revealed.

    The cast of the April Showers Bring May Flowers anime includes:

    • Saori Hayami as Hana Tabata
    • Shimba Tsuchiya as Yosuke Ueno
    • Yoshino Aoyama as Sumire Uguisudani
    • Yoshimasa Hosoya as Tetsuo Gotanda

    Mirai Minato is directing the series and overseeing series scripts at studio SILVER LINK. Miwa Ōshima and Beat are the character designer and sub-character designer, respectively. Yuki Hayashi is the music composer.

    Sakura launched the manga in Kadokawa’s Monthly Young Ace in April 2016, and it ran until September 2022. The manga’s 12th and final compiled book volume released in November 2022.
