Bandai Namco and Tamsoft released a new special trailer for Bleach Rebirth of Souls, confirming that Rukia Kuchiki’s long-lost friend Kaien Shiba is a playable character. The Bleach Rebirth of Souls trailer also highlights what appears to be Rukia’s character episode, delving into the backstory of Kaien.
Fans can also now watch the second opening movie for Bleach Rebirth of Souls. The opening movie features music by Crisis Core Final Fantasy VII Reunion and The World Ends With You series composer Takeharu Ishimoto.
Bleach Rebirth of Souls covers the events of the manga and anime series from the Substitute Soul Reaper arc to the end of the Arrancar arc in Main Story mode. There’s also Secret Story, which delves into individual characters and original stories from their perspectives.
There are also Side Stories that describe the daily life of certain characters between battles, and players can test their skills and techniques in Mission Mode on various difficulty levels. Players can visit the Urahara Shop to buy Konpaku Certificates for online play, stickers, equipment, and much more.
A Season Pass will be available with four DLC characters from Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War releasing over time. The Season Pass grants one week of early access for each new character, along with additional Soul Crystals.
Lastly, Bleach Rebirth of Souls launches on March 21 for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam. After launch, Bleach Thousand-Year Blood War Part 4 – The Calamity is expected to premiere as the final part of the ongoing anime series.
