MomoCon 2025 announced a lineup of fighting game tournaments, which will take place at the Georgia World Congress Center from May 22-25.
Fighting game fans can look forward to tournaments featuring Street Fighter 6, Tekken 8, Rivals of Aether II, Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves, and Guilty Gear Strive. There will also be tournaments for the following titles listed below:
- Super Smash Bros. Ultimate
- Super Smash Bros. Melee
- Splatoon 3
- Mario Kart 8 Deluxe
- Mario Party Superstars
- Super Mario Party: Jamboree
Additionally, several tournaments feature cash prize pools up to $5,000. The Smash Bros. Ultimate singles bracket has a $5,000 prize pool split amongst the top 8 finishers. Splatoon 3 includes a $1,000 pot bonus paid out to the top three teams, and the top eight players in Mario Kart 8 Deluxe 12-player free-for-all will be rewarded from a $2,300 pot bonus.
Players can register now to compete, and attendees can purchase tickets on MomoCon’s official website. Multi-day and single-day passes start at $50, so be sure to register for the MomoCon 2025 events and fighting game tournaments if interested.
