The collaboration will be available alongside the new Heresy episode.

Bungie has announced that Destiny 2 will feature cosmetics based on Star Wars. The armor sets will be available on February 4 alongside a new episode for the game, titled HeresyHeresy is the game’s “third Episode and final epilogue of the Light and Darkness Saga.”

The PlayStation Blog describes the new cosmetics coming to Destiny 2 as follows:

“Alongside the new narrative twists as well as new gear and updates, today’s livestream also introduced the newly announced collaboration between Bungie and Lucasfilm Games to bring Star Wars-inspired gear and accessories to Destiny 2. Available with the launch of Heresy are three new armor ornaments (one per Guardian class), each inspired by the soldiers of the Galactic Empire, in addition to a number of Star Wars-inspired accessories.”

Specifically, the cosmetics are themed around Storm Troopers, Death Troopers, and the Imperial Guard. The update will be available on February 4, alongside Heresy.

Recently, Bungie released Destiny 2: The Final Shape on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam and Epic Games Store. The Final Shape is the final chapter of the Light & Darkness Saga, which has spanned a decade. You’ll confront oblivion as you face the Witness and end the War of Light and Darkness.

For the first time in series history, players can wield the powers of Light and Darkness together using the Prismatic subclass. This subclass is unlike anything ever released in the game before, so all players are sure to experience something new with this alone. In addition, you can also use Exotic class items for the very first time. These will feature perks from older Exotic gear, allowing you to mix and match multiple perks for the very first time.

Destiny 2 is available now on PlayStation, Xbox, and PC.
