HoYoverse announced Genshin Impact Version 5.4 “Moonlight Amidst Dreams” will launch on February 12. The update marks the beginning of the Mikawa Flower Festival in Inazuma, which is a symbol of the bond between humans and yokai.
Raiden Shogun will attend the Mikawa Flower Festival as players enjoy a “48-hour game development competition” with mini-games and exciting activities. Players can guide a little fox through dreamscapes in “A Little Fox’s Daydream” or enjoy a brain-teasing challenge in “Bunshin Phantasm.” The “Akitsu Yuugei” mini-game is also back with the “Akitsu Harpastum,” allowing players to keep their vitality above zero while dodging bullets. Complete these games to earn Festival Stamps and exchange them for rewards, including the new 4-star polearm “Tamayuratei no Ohanashi.”
Genshin Impact Version 5.4 will introduce Yumemizuki Mizuki as a new 5-star Anemo Catalyst user. Her Dreamdrifter state, activated by her Elemental Skill, allows her to deal AoE Anemo DMG and enhance her team’s Swirl DMG when nearby party members hit opponents with Pyro, Hydro, Cryo, or Electro attacks. Mizuki’s Elemental Burst summons a Mini Baku that creates Yumemi Style Special Snacks. These snacks heal party members with less than 70% HP or deal AoE damage to enemies when party members with more than 70% HP pick it up.
Yumemizuki Mizuki will debut in the first half of Version 5.4’s Event Wishes with Sigewinne’s rerun, followed by reruns for Furina and Wriothesley in the second half. Mizuki will join the Standard Wish banner after the Version 5.5 update.
