Koei Tecmo and Gust announced the Atelier Yumia: The Alchemist of Memories & the Envisioned Land Special Broadcast will be held on January 22 at 3:00 a.m. PST / 6:00 a.m. EST / 20:00 JST. The livestream will be held during Taipei Game Show 2025, featuring the latest information, gameplay videos, and much more for the upcoming RPG.

The Atelier Yumia Special Broadcast is presented by producer Junzo Hosoi and voice actresses Wakana Kuramochi (Yumia Leissfeldt) and Kaori Maeda (Isla von Duerer). You can watch the livestream on YouTube, but it will not have English subtitles.

The story of Atelier Yumia explores the fall of the Aladissian Empire, which once thrived under the use of alchemy. Alchemy became known as a taboo and evil art in the centuries that followed. However, a lone girl named Yumia learned that her family belonged to a lineage of alchemists, and she began to question many things, especially after losing to mother to an accident three years ago. She embarks on a journey to find answers, and she will be joined by companions that support her cause.

In Atelier Yumia, players manipulate mana to create new items for combat and exploration with Synthesis. More powerful items can be created by using Resonance Synthesis, which requires more ingredients and materials that resonate with the recipe’s Alchemy Core.

The combat system has been revamped in Atelier Yumia to offer more intense battles. Players can now move or interchange characters at any time, and conditions can be met to unleash a powerful Friend Combo in battle. Moreover, Mana Surge may be activated to perform exclusive actions and a powerful special move.

Lastly, Atelier Yumia: The Alchemist of Memories & the Envisioned Land launches on March 21 for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam.
