Kadokawa announced that the KonoSuba: God’s Blessing on This Wonderful World Season 3 “Bonus Stage” OVA will premiere on March 14 in theaters in Japan. It will have two unaired episodes, titled “Red Stream Explosion!” and “Nisemono Chūi!” (Beware of Fakes!).
The KonoSuba: God’s Blessing on This Wonderful World Season 3 OVA will have a two-week theatrical run. Afterward, the OVA will be available on Blu-ray and DVD on April 25, with an original text story from light novel author Natsume Akatsuki. The theater screenings will offer the OVA Blu-ray and DVD nearly a month before the retail release.

KonoSuba Season 3 premiered on April 10, 2024, nearly seven years after the second season ended. The anime’s voice cast returns to reprise their roles in the OVA.
Takaomi Kanasaki directed the third season at studio Drive alongside Yujiro Abe. Makoto Uezu and Koichi Kikuta are the scriptwriter and character designer, respectively. Moreover, Masato Kōda is the anime’s composer.
