The Game Awards 2024 Players’ Voice Nominees Announced

Voting for the Players’ Voice award is underway for The Game Awards 2024, and 30 nominees were selected for Round 1. Only 10 of the 30 games will make it to Round 2, and Round 3 will narrow that down even further.

Here are the nominees for the Players’ Voice award for The Game Awards 2024:

Round 1

Voting for Round 1 ends on December 4 at 8:00 p.m. GMT-8 at the official page. Only 10 out of the 30 games from Round 1 will move onto Round 2.

Voting for Round 2 ends on December 8 at 8:00 p.m. GMT-8 at the official page. Only five out of the ten games from Round 2 will move onto Round 3.

Round 3

Voting for Round 2 ends on December 11 at 6:00 p.m. PST / 9:00 p.m. EST at the official page. This round determines the winner of the Players’ Voice award, which will be revealed at The Game Awards 2024 on December 12.

All of the nominees for The Game Awards 2024 were officially announced at the nomination special event on November 18, ahead of the December bound show. Astro Bot, Balatro, Black Myth Wukong, Elden Ring: Shadow of the Erdtree, Final Fantasy VII Rebirth, and Metaphor: ReFantazio are this year’s headlining titles for the Game of the Year award. You can vote for these nominees today at the official website for The Game Awards. 

Along with the awards, fans around the world can expect major game announcements and trailers to be shown. So far, an Arcane Season 2 special performance and the release date announcement for Warframe: 1999 were confirmed for The Game Awards 2024.

Lastly, The Game Awards 2024 will be held on December 12, 2024 at the Peacock Theater in Los Angeles, California.
