The INDIE Live Expo 2024 Winter showcase has revealed several exciting new games coming out in 2025, including MUTAN’s new murder mystery game Sofia in Exchange for Lies and the next entry in the Needy Streamer Overload franchise from WSS Playground, Needy Streamer Overload: Typing of The Net.
Ahead of Christmas, INDIE Live Expo 2024 Winter featured several world premieres and trailers for announced and previously announced games. Alongside Sofia in Exchange for Lies and Needy Streamer Overload: Typing of The Net, release dates for poker adventure RPG All in Abyss: Judge the Fake, two-player strategy adventure game BOKURA: planet, and cyberpunk Metroidvania action game Blade Chimera.
Kodansha also highlighted their lineup for 2025, including point-and-click visual novel and Roger, which launches in spring 2025 on PC via Steam. Pararecords, a branching narrative paranormal adventure game for Steam, is coming in summer 2025. Cozy rhythm game Pastel☆Parade is also coming to Steam in spring 2025, followed by point-and-click RPG UNDERGROUNDED in the summer.
To close out this year’s festivities, INDIE Live Expo Awards honored the following award winners:
