Serenity Forge has announced the Deluxe Kit physical edition for Umurangi Generation. The edition will be available on PS5 and Nintendo Switch and will not ship until May 30, 2025. Both the Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 5 kits are priced at $69.99. Pre-orders are now live.
The Umurangi Generation game is available on PS5, PS4, Nintendo Switch, PC, Steam, and Xbox One. Players take control of “a courier for the Tauranga Express in the city of Tauranga Aotearoa under an impending crisis.”
Both the game and the upcoming Deluxe Kit physical edition are described as follows:
Umurangi Generation is a first-person photography game. The player is tasked with taking photos meeting specific conditions (such as photographing a particular piece of graffiti with a specific camera lens) but is otherwise free to exercise their creativity. The game allows the player multiple methods, techniques and opportunities for achieving their photography bounties, as well as complete freedom over any editing or effects put on photos.
This Deluxe Kit Edition comes with the game on Nintendo Switch or PlayStation 5 along with a camera strap, clear character cards, acrylic standee, microfiber cloth, and paper photo bounty.
Plus, the PlayStation 5 version contains both standard game and PlayStation VR2 game on one disc.
