MAGES. announced romance visual novel Memories Off Sousou: Not always true will release on April 10, 2025 for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and PC via Steam in Japan and Asia. The Asia release supports Simplified and Traditional Chinese language options, but it does not support English.
Pre-orders for Memories Off Sousou: Not always true are available now at retailers in Japan. Various physical editions will be sold for the Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, and PlayStation 5 versions, including a Super Limited Edition.
Mutsumi Sasaki returns to the Memories Off series as the game’s character designer. Steins;Gate series main writer Naotaka Hayashi returns as the scenario writer. Moreover, Science Adventure series composer Takeshi Abo is in charge of the game’s soundtrack.

Here’s a story synopsis, via Gematsu:
Itsuki Kusumegi, a second-year high school student, has a fiancee whose face and name he does not know. He will find out who she is when he turns 17. One day, he meets Sae Sunomiya, an upperclassman at his school, and experiences the feeling of falling in love for the first time. As he talks to his childhood friend Nene Amaha about it, Itsuki tries to get closer to Sae, but Nene has always been in love with him and dislikes the fact that he has a fiancee.
As their respective feelings collide, what will the outcome of the story between these three students be…?
