NetEase and Marvel have released new trailers for Marvel Rivals, showcasing both Cloak & Dagger and Wolverine. The former fills the strategist role and functions as two characters in one. They’re described as follows:
Cloak and Dagger are an inseparable duo who each embody the forces of darkness and light respectively. Once standalone heroes, Tyrone Johnson and Tandy Bowen merged together when the fabric of the Multiverse began to unravel during the Timestream Entanglement. Now entangled together, this duo must balance each of their phenomenal powers to save their allies and one another. Forced to share the same physical space to survive, Cloak & Dagger must learn to fight as one, combining their powers in ways they’ve never had to before.
Wolverine, on the other hand, fills the Duelist role and is one of the most iconic superheroes in history.
