Soukoku no Kusabi Hiiro no Kakera 3 Reveals Japanese Opening Movie & Cast

Coming to Nintendo Switch next year.

Idea Factory’s otome brand Otomate has recently unveiled the opening movie for the Nintendo Switch port of Soukoku no Kusabi Hiiro no Kakera 3. The opening features Fujita Maiko’s Unmei no Hito (運命の人), and also reveals the Japanese voice cast.

The game is currently scheduled for a 2025 release in Japan under Otomate Graffiti, the developer’s branding focused on porting their old games from the PSP and PS Vita onto the Nintendo Switch. As of the time of writing, there are no signs of whether the game will be coming west.

This Nintendo Switch port contains both Soukoku no Kusabi Hiiro no Kakera 3, and its fandisc, Asu e no Tobira. The first game takes place one year after the sealing of Onikirimaru, where the protagonist Tamaki, who is a Tamayorihime, and her guardians, both live a peaceful life. But one day, everyone in Tamaki’s village, except her relatives, are assaulted by a mysterious entity that seals all but her relatives inside. They investigate what’s going on and find out that this weird phenomenon is being caused by a mirror.

The fandisc takes place half a year after the ending of the original Hiiro no Kakera 3, and Tamaki now approaches her high school graduation. She wants to go to the same university as her classmate Yuuichi but Ashiya tells her it would be easier for all of them if she went to the college of his organization instead, since this way she can be more safe as the Tamayorihime than in a public university. However, this makes her deeply lonely, since it means she and her guardians can’t be together forever…
