IzanagiGames and Acquire announced AMEDAMA is coming to Xbox Series X|S alongside the PlayStation 5 and Nintendo Switch versions on November 20. A free demo is also available right now in the Microsoft Store, and you can wishlist the full game right now.
As previously discussed, the upcoming console releases of AMEDAMA include all the content and updates from the version 1.0 release for AMEDAMA. This includes bug fixes for the tutorial stage in French and Spanish language environments, a text display failure in the Korean language environment, and an issue where the screen remains white and unresponsive during a specific event.
One of the previous AMEDAMA updates brought Memory Quests, which allow players to experience the past memories of key characters they’ve defeated. Completing Memory Quests rewards the player with a keepsake. Each keepsake obtained reduces the Soul Glow depletion rate by 1%. The update also introducing the Chinchirorin mini-game at the gambling den. It’s a simple game where players roll three dice to determine the outcome.
As noted in Final Weapon’s AMEDAMA early access review, the game came a long way in development. A pre-release update for the game and demo added character voices, controller vibration support, and several quality-of-life improvements. Now that the game is fully available, it’s sure to be a hidden gem in 2024.
Lastly, AMEDAMA is available now on Steam, and the Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S versions will release on November 20 worldwide. In Japan, the Nintendo Switch version of AMEDAMA will be sold physically and digitally. A free demo is available now on Nintendo Switch as well.
