Like any other RPG, you can expect a ton of side quests to complete for extra rewards in Ys X: Nordics. With the except of a few chapters and the prologue and epilogue, Adol and Karja will have plenty of side quests to take on from NPCs and letters received through Hugill on the Sandras.
Completing all the side quests in Ys X: Nordics awards you with the Go-To Guy & Gal trophy/achievement. By following this guide, you should be able to accept and complete each quest by the time Chapter 10 reaches its climax in the Rogue Sea.

- Slay the Beasts: Kalon – Available from a letter from Hugill in Chapter 6
- Foraging Ahead – Head back to Balta Island in Chapter 6 and speak with Gunhilda
- Fun in the Sunfish – Examine the two sunfish spots in Sonnelia Basin and then talk to Ashley on the Sandras in Chapter 6
- Going for Gold – Head to Fuling Island in the Sonnelia Basin, meet Nanna and fully explore it, and then head back to begin the side quest
- Pikkard Corral – Head to Sprout Atoll in Specular Bay
- Treasure Trawl C – Complete the Recapture Raid at the Southern Castle in Specular Bay
- Turtle-Tale – Talk to Ashley on the Sandras after exploring more of Specular Bay in Chapter 6
Chapter 7
- Old Haunts – After reading the first Hugill letter in Chapter 7, head to Mynorca Village on Anchor Island and speak to Magni
- Treasure Trawl D – Available after purchasing Hidden Treasure Chart D
- Hidden Treasure Chart D is available from Gregorio’s Curios merchant ship in Chapter 7
- Breakout Performance – Speak to Hugill on the Sandras after he returns with a letter in the Flumen Strait
- Cull the Grieger: Orlen – Talk to the Norman Soldier on the Norgest in Chapter 7 and head to the Orlen Islands

- Return to Ribe – Talk to Lila on the Sandras in Chapter 10
- Treasure Trawl F – Available after obtaining Hidden Treasure Chart F
- Hidden Treasure Chart F is available from Stray Fisherman Gosta’s merchant ship in the Rogue Sea in Chapter 10
- Cull the Griegr: Crescent – Head to the Crescent Moons Isle in the Rogue Sea after receiving the Hugill letter in Chapter 10
- An Axe to Regrind – Head to Giant’s Hand Isle in the Rogue Sea in Chapter 10 and locate the axe in the middle of the island
- Whale of Fortune – Talk to Ashley on the Sandras in Chapter 10 while exploring the Rogue Sea
