Aniplex released a new 20th anniversary promotional video for the Bleach anime series as Bleach Thousand-Year Blood War Part 3 – The Conflict premieres worldwide today. The video highlights the story up to this point, with Ichigo Kurosaki’s many iconic battles and moments being shown from the perspective of Rukia Kuchiki.
Previously, a new Bleach anime 20th anniversary trailer was released to highlight Ichigo and his adversaries over the years, including Byakuya Kuchiki, Grimmjow Jaegerjaques, Sōsuke Aizen, and most recently in Bleach Thousand-Year Blood War anime, Yhwach.
Bleach Thousand Year Blood War voice actors Masakazu Morita and Noriaki Sugiyama will be attending events in Los Angeles and New York. Firstly, VIZ Media will host an event in Los Angeles at Japan House on October 13, followed by Japan Society in New York City on October 15.
These events will feature screenings for the first two episodes of Bleach Thousand-Year Blood War Part 3 – The Conflict, along with an exclusive sneak peek of the third episode. Fans can also expect a live voice acting session, autograph signings, and more. Moreover, Morita and Sugiyama will both be attending a Bleach panel at New York Comic Con 2024 on October 19.
Bleach Thousand-Year Blood War Part 3 – The Conflict premieres today on TV Tokyo and other affiliate channels in Japan. The anime will also be releasing weekly on Hulu in the U.S. and Disney+ internationally. 13 episodes are expected to air in the third cour, and a fourth and final cour is planned.
Lastly, Bleach Rebirth of Souls launches in early 2025 for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam worldwide. It will adapt all of Bleach up to the end of the Arrancar arc.
