SEGA and ATLUS announced the Prologue demo for Metaphor: ReFantazio is now available worldwide on all platforms. The demo lets players try out an early portion of Metaphor: ReFantazio and transfer their save data to the full game at launch.
Specifically, the demo contains the beginning of the journey, the first four dungeons, seven of the 40+ Archetypes, and six followers. ATLUS also confirms that Jack Frost from the Persona and Shin Megami Tensei franchises will appear as a demon that the Summoner Archetype may summon.

Metaphor: ReFantazio is playable at Tokyo Game Show 2024, which runs from September 26 to 29 at the Makuhari Messe in Chiba, Japan. Moreover, the SEGA / ATLUS Special Program at Tokyo Game Show 2024 will reveal new information on upcoming games from the companies. The show will be held on September 27 from 19:00 to 21:00 JST.
Metaphor: ReFantazio will launch on October 11 for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam and Windows (Microsoft Store).
