GungHo Online Entertainment announced Disney Pixel RPG will launch on October 7 for Android and iOS worldwide. The game will feature English, Japanese, French, Italian, German, Spanish, Korean, and Traditional Chinese language options.
GungHo Entertainment has previously worked on games like Ninjala and Puzzle & Dragons. It’s latest game, Disney Pixel RPG, is described as a “dreamlike journey, filled with unexpected encounters… Head out on a unique adventure with pixel art versions of Disney characters!” These character include Mickey Mouse, Maleficent, Baymax, Winnie the Pooh, and the Genie from Aladdin. It will feature “simple battles that are fun for all” which are bound to be appealing to both long-time fans of the RPG genre and newcomers.
Pre-registration for Disney Pixel RPG is live in the Google Play Store and App Store. Thus far, 600,000 users have pre-registered for the game, according to the game’s Facebook page. By pre-registering for the game, players will earn Crystals and other rewards at launch.
