PLAYISM and KOTAKE CREATE announced the sequel to indie horror game The Exit 8, Platform 8, is coming to Nintendo Switch on November 28. A physical edition featuring both games will be available in Japan.

Platform 8 is a short walking simulator inspired by Japanese subways and liminal spaces.
Previously, publisher MyDearest released The Exit 8 VR in the Meta Store for Meta Quest 2, Meta Quest Pro, and Meta Quest 3 devices, with Touch Controllers support. This VR version features “never-before-seen” content that was made exclusively for the Meta platforms. The game supports Japanese, English, Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, Korean, Spanish, and French language options, ensuring players around the world may jump right in.
The Exit 8 is currently available now digitally for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and PC via Steam for $3.99. Here’s an overview of the game, via the game’s Steam page:
