GSC Game World has released a new developer diary for Stalker 2: Heart of Chornobyl. The game will release on November 20.
Stalker 2: Heart of Chernobyl is the long-anticipated sequel to Stalker: Shadow of Chernobyl. The original game is a first-person horror shooter with RPG elements. Over the years, the game has garnered several spin-offs such as Stalker: Call of Pripyat and Stalker: Clear Sky. Heart of Chernobyl will be the game’s first true sequel in fifteen years. Previously the game would’ve released in 2021, before being delayed to 2022, 2023, early 2024, and fall 2024.
Stalker 2: Heart of Chornobyl Releases Gameplay Deep Dive
GSC Game World has released a developer diary for Stalker 2: Heart of Chornobyl. The deep dive confirms new details about the game, such information about its world, weapons, mechanics, enemies, story, factions, and more. The trailer’s description describes the video as follows: “Take a deep dive into this unique action survival game, set in the post-apocalyptic Chornobyl Exclusion Zone. Featuring new gameplay, cutscenes, behind-the-scenes footage, interviews with the GSC Game World team, and a full playthrough of a quest from the game, this is the most in-depth look at S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2 so far!”

Chornobyl Exclusion Zone has changed dramatically after the second massive explosion in year 2006. Violent mutants, deadly anomalies, warring factions have made the Zone a very tough place to survive. Nevertheless, artifacts of unbelievable value attracted many people called S.T.A.L.K.E.R.s, who entered the Zone for their own risk striving to make a fortune out of it or even to find the Truth concealed in the Heart of Chornobyl.
Stalker 2: Heart of Chernobyl will now release on November 20 on Xbox Series X|S and PC.
