Inti Creates released a new story trailer for upcoming card battle RPG Card-en-Ciel. The trailer reveals the game’s theme song “To the Promised Sky.”
Ancie (Ruriko Noguchi) performs the game’s theme song. Yura Hatsuki is the song’s lyricist, and Takumi Sato is the composer/arranger. The Card-en-Ciel story trailer also confirms that 50 vocal songs will be performed by Muses in the game.

Card-en-Ciel physical editions will be sold in Japan for Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 5. The Standard Edition will cost 4,950 yen, while the Limited Edition will cost 10,890 yen. Limited Edition contents include the game, an art book, a three-disc soundtrack CD, and an acrylic Ancie keychain. Both physical editions include Divine Dynamo Flamefrit as a bonus.
In Card-en-Ciel, players control Neon, a gaming detective that collects cards and battles others. More than 10 unique dungeons are available with a diverse roster of character cards to earn and equip for roguelite card battles. Special “Muse Cards” can activate powerful abilities through songs, with 50 vocal tracks included in the game. Hidden card “glitches” may also be used to unleash powerful combos. Also, characters from other Inti Creates IPs will appear in the game.
Lastly, Card-en-Ciel will release on October 24 for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam.
