    Fallout TV Show Receives 17 Emmy Nominations

    A major milestone.

    The Academy of Television Arts & Sciences has announced that the recent Fallout TV show has received 17 Emmy nominations. This includes outstanding drama series, outstanding lead actor, and more.

    Fallout is one of Bethesda’s most prolific franchises. The most recent game in the series was Fallout 76, a controversial MMO-styled first-person shooter. Recently, Bethesda released the Fallout TV series on Amazon Prime. The series’ success affected the franchise drastically, jumping up the player rate for most of the games in the series, including Fallout 4, whose sales increased by 7,500%. Recently, Bethesda released the next-gen update for Fallout 4.

    Fallout 17 Emmy Nominations

    The Academy of Television Arts & Sciences has revealed that Fallout has received 17 Emmy nominations. This includes the following awards: Outstanding Fantasy/Sci-Fi Costumes, outstanding stunt coordination for drama programming, outstanding production design for a narrative period or fantasy program (One Hour Or More), outstanding picture editing for a drama series for two specific episodes (The End and The Ghouls), outstanding main title design.

    It also includes outstanding period or fantasy/sci-fi makeup (non-prosthetic), outstanding prosthetic makeup, outstanding lead actor for a drama series (Walton Goggins), outstanding drama series, outstanding sound editing and mixing for a comedy or drama series, outstanding visual effects, outstanding stunt performance, outstanding writing, and outstanding music supervision. The next Emmys will be held on September 15, so only time will tell if Fallout wins any awards.

    The Fallout TV series is available now on Prime Video. The release date for season 2 is currently unknown, but it is currently in early development.
