EA has announced EA Sports FC 25, a new entry in the ongoing series that will launch on September 27. It will be available on all consoles upon release.
The upcoming game, like EA Sports FC 24, will use the Frostbite Engine. The Frostbite Engine is used throughout EA’s studios, powering games such as Dead Space (2023), Battlefield 2042, Need for Speed Unbound, and all EA Sports titles. This includes Madden, PGA Tour, NHL, and of course, EA Sports FC. EA Sports FC is EA’s replacement for their FIFA franchise. EA’s partnership with the famed sports organization FIFA originally ended in 2022. The company released their last FIFA game in 2023.
