Gundam Breaker 4 announced a collaboration event with the PAC-MAN franchise. The revealed event will contain a level complete with PAC-MAN themed enemies and unlockable decals to use in the rest of Gundam Breaker 4.
Bandai Namco revealed this news at Anime Expo 2024, where fans can experience a Gundam Breaker 4 demo at Bandai Namco booth #2406. Anime Expo 2024 is taking place from July 4 to 7 at the Los Angeles Convention Center.

Additionally, the Gundam Breaker 4 open network test will be held from July 18 to July 20. Pre-downloads for the open network test will begin one day prior on July 17.
The Gundam Breaker 4 open network test allows players to test out some of the Mobile Suits and base suits that are available in the full game. Players will be able to try out multiplayer modes, including a 3-player co-op mode. The open network test also lets players use their Gunpla creations as their avatar in the multiplayer lobby.
Pre-download for the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and Nintendo Switch versions of the open network test will begin on July 17 at 9:00 p.m. PDT / July 18 at 12:00 a.m. EDT. The open network test will begin at the following times, according to Bandai Namco:
- July 18 at 5:00 p.m. PDT to 10:00 p.m. PDT: ONT available
- July 18 at 10:00 p.m. PDT: 4-hour maintenance; ONT unavailable
- July 19 at 2:00 a.m. PDT to 7:00 a.m. PDT: ONT available
- July 19 at 7:00 p.m. PDT to July 20 at 11:00 p.m. PDT: ONT available
Lastly, Gundam Breaker 4 launches on August 29, and players may pre-order the physical Launch Edition, digital standard edition, Digital Deluxe Edition, or Digital Ultimate Edition on all platforms.
