Falcom Launches Trails 20th Anniversary Website

New artwork celebrates every Trails saga to date.

Nihon Falcom have opened the Trails 20th anniversary website to celebrate the release of The Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky in June 2004. The 20th anniversary website features new official artwork, which is also featured on the official Falcom Twitter account. The new 20th anniversary artwork depicts protagonist and characters from each saga, leading into Kai no Kiseki -Farewell, O Zemuria-, the next game in the Trails series.

On the official website, fans in Japan may purchase 20th anniversary merchandise, including acrylic stands, T-shirts, watches, and much more. Fans will get a special PVC card with random key art of a Trails game by purchasing more than 5,000 yen worth of merch. Events will be held in the future as well, including an art exhibition by PikattoAnime, a 20th anniversary pop-up shop, and more. Moreover, the bottom section of the website includes a timeline for Falcom’s Trails releases.

The Legend of Heroes: Kai no Kiseki -Farewell, O Zemuria- will release on September 26 in Japan for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5. In the story of Kai no Kiseki -Farewell, O Zemuria-, the 120X crisis causes the Grandmaster to make her move. The story that began in Trails in the Sky and continued through Trails from Zero, Trails to Azure, Trails of Cold Steel, Trails into Reverie, and Trails through Daybreak will take a “dramatic turn.” Heroes from across the series will unite once more.

In the west, NIS America will release The Legend of Heroes: Kuro no Kiseki as The Legend of Heroes: Trails through Daybreak on July 5 for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and PC via Steam. Pre-orders are now available starting at $59.99 on Amazon, NIS America Online Store, and other participating retailers.
