SEGA and ATLUS released a new “Daily Demon” video for Shin Megami Tensei V: Vengeance featuring the demon Beelzebub. This demon was previously featured in the original Shin Megami Tensei V.
The June 12 Daily Demon video for Shin Megami Tensei V: Vengeance introduced Mara, the king of evil and bringer of death in Indian mythology. He is skilled in the art of stirring up fear in others, and he’s even attempted to bring Buddha down into temptation.
Shin Megami Tensei V: Vengeance Daily Demon Video – Beelzebub (Tyrant)
Returning in Shin Megami Tensei V: Vengeance, Beelzebub is known as the Lord of the Flies and the prince of Hell. He is a high-ranking demon and his flies are said to carry souls down to the abyss. Speculation points toward Beelzebub being the bastardized version of Canaanite god Baal.

Alongside various improvements and content additions, Shin Megami Tensei V: Vengeance explores the story line of the original Shin Megami Tensei V (Canon of Creation) and the brand-new Canon of Vengeance story line. Players can also expect various new and returning demons, the new Shakan dungeon, new Miracles, and so much more.
Sales of the original Shin Megami Tensei V for Nintendo Switch ceased on June 13 in hte Nintendo eShop. Sales of Shin Megami Tensei V’s DLC also ceased completely in the Nintendo eShop. However, fans may redownload the game and its DLC at any time if they own it.
