A recent promo video from Aniplex has revealed that The Elusive Samurai will air on July 6. Subsequent episodes will air on Saturdays.
Assassination Classroom author Yasei Matsui launched The Elusive Samurai manga in Weekly Shonen Jump in January 2021. The series is still ongoing more than two years later. The upcoming anime will be developed by CloverWorks (SPY x FAMILY).
The Elusive Samurai Premiere Date Revealed
Aniplex has released a new promo video for The Elusive Samurai. The promo reveals that the anime will air on July 6. The series will premiere on Tokyo MX, BS11, Tochigi TV, and Gunma TV channels. At the time of writing, the Western distributor for the series is currently unknown. The anime’s staff will likely reveal more in the coming weeks. Check out the new promo below:

After the massacre of his family by the traitor Ashikaga Takauji, Tokiyuki flees with the help of a handful of loyal retainers who have also survived the purge. One of them is Suwa Yorishige, an ally of the Hojo clan and lord of Suwa Province.
