Bushiroad Games announced that Hunter x Hunter: Nen x Impact will release in 2024. Additionally, Arc System Works is publishing the overseas version of the game. However, there is still no confirmed specific release date for Hunter x Hunter: Nen x Impact.
Moreover, Arc System Works America announced that there will be a demo booth for the game at Anime Expo. This will be the first time that Nen x Impact is playable in the United States. Anime Expo occurs from July 4 to July 7 in Los Angeles, California. Bushiroad Games and Eighting will announce more new characters in the future, so stay tuned for future trailers.

Hunter X Hunter: Nen X Impact will be a 2D fighting game instead of a 3D arena fighter. On Bushiroad’s website, the company revealed that the genre of the game is “2D fighting”. Many fans speculated the game was a 3D arena fighter because of the setup of the teaser trailer. Eighting, the developers of DNF Duel and Marvel vs Capcom 3, will be developing this game. Their other titles include the series of Naruto: Clash of Ninja, Bleach: Heat the Soul, and Tatsunoko vs Capcom.
