Remedy Entertainment has teased that they will reveal more details about the first DLC release for Alan Wake 2 during Summer Game Fest. Summer Game Fest 2024 will premiere on June 7.
Remedy initially released Alan Wake in 2010. The game is the latest entry in “Remedy Entertainment’s Connected Universe.” The franchise includes the first Alan Wake, Quantum Break, and Control. Alan Wake 2‘s First DLC, Night Springs, Will Likely Be Revealed at Summer Game Fest
In a recent post on Remedy’s Twitter/X account, the company hinted at news for the first DLC of Alan Wake 2 that will come at Summer Game Fest 2024. The post, with a picture you can see above, states the following: “Dark Triangle Coffee. Just coffee, nothing else. Have a sip at Night Springs’ One and Only Coffee World. Join the percolation on June 7th… in Night Springs.”
Based on previous information, the first DLC will be called Night Springs. Based on the fictional TV show introduced in the first Alan Wake, Night Springs is a Twilight Zone-esque show that works in contrast to the main location of the series, Bright Falls. The upcoming DLC will likely continue to expand the story and world of Alan Wake 2. The release date for Night Springs is currently unknown.
Lastly, Alan Wake 2 is available now on the PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. Remedy will reveal more details about the game’s first DLC this Friday, during Summer Game Fest 2024.
