Destiny 2: The Final Shape Available Now

    Out on all platforms.

As of today, Destiny 2: The Final Shape is now available worldwide on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam and Epic Games Store. The Final Shape is the final chapter of the Light & Darkness Saga, which has spanned a decade. You’ll confront oblivion as you face the Witness and end the War of Light and Darkness.

A brand-new raid, Salvation’s Edge, is set to release this Friday, June 7. Destiny raids feature six-player massive missions, which require hefty amounts of communication, teamwork, and skill. Arguably, they are the ultimate challenge that awaits you as a Guardian.

For the first time in series history, you can wield the powers of Light and Darkness together using the Prismatic subclass. This subclass is unlike anything ever released in the game before, so all players are sure to experience something new with this alone. In addition, you can also use Exotic class items for the very first time. These will feature perks from older Exotic gear, allowing you to mix and match multiple perks for the very first time.

Of course, there are loads of new enemies to face as well. The Dread, a new combat group aligned with the Witness, features new enemy types, including Grim, Husk, Weaver & Attendant, and Omen & Harbinger. You can watch the launch trailer for Destiny 2: The Final Shape below.

Lastly, an upcoming collaboration between Destiny 2 and Dungeons & Dragons is also set to arrive with The Final Shape. You can equip your Guardian with armor and accessories inspired by Dungeons & Dragons, and the Bungie Store will offer an Eye Tyrant Beholder Ghost Shell figure.

Destiny 2: The Final Shape is available now for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam and Epic Games Store.
