Bandai Namco Esports announced that the Dragon Ball FighterZ World Tour 2024/2025 begins on June 28th at CEO Fighting Game Championships. Additionally, a balance patch for the game is coming this summer after EVO. The producer of Dragon Ball FighterZ, Tomoko Hiroki, provided a special message detailing all of the information.

Dragon Ball FighterZ World Tour 2024/2025 Begins on June 28
Thanks to the inclusion of rollback netcode, this world tour will host both online and offline events. The competition includes three types of offline events: Power+, Power, and Tenkaichi tournaments. All of the points players attain through tournaments will be contributed to a global leaderboard. The top players from the global leaderboard, regional champions, and Last Chance Qualifier finalists will secure spots in the World Tour Finals. Player registration for the tour is open from June 11 to September 30, also inviting tournament organizers to submit their tournaments to be considered as Tenkaichi or Online Tenkaichi events.
