Magia Record: Puella Magi Madoka Magica Side Story initially released in 2017. The English version launched in 2019 and ended service a year later. After seven years, the Japanese version will also come to an end. Over the years, the game has garnered several anime adaptations that are available on streaming services like Crunchyroll.

According to the Twitter/X account for Magia Record: Puella Magi Madoka Magica Side Story, the game will be coming to an end in Japan in July 2024. The PC version of the game will end service on July 1, while the iOS and Android version will end on July 31. That said, the staff are working to release an “archive app” of the game to allow players to access certain offline parts of the game after it ends service.
