NIS America teases “something big” is coming at Anime Expo 2024 during a newly announced The Legend of Heroes: Trails through Daybreak panel. Anime Expo guest of honor and Falcom president Toshihiro Kondo will be present at the panel alongside unnamed voice actors.
In The Legend of Heroes: Trails through Daybreak, players control Van Arkride, a roguish protagonist that will side with good and evil if it benefits him and his job. He will be forced into a grand plot that will threaten all of post-war Calvard in a new Trails saga. The Nintendo Switch version released first in Japan on February 15, followed by the full English release on July 5.
On launch day, NIS America will host The Legend of Heroes: Trails through Daybreak Panel Discussion at Anime Expo 2024 with a “big reveal” to come. The panel will be held from 12:30 p.m. to 1:20 p.m. PST in panel room 403AB on July 5. Attendees will receive an exclusive gift.

NIS America will release The Legend of Heroes: Trails through Daybreak on July 5 for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and PC via Steam in the west. Pre-orders are now available starting at $59.99 on Amazon, NIS America Online Store, and other participating retailers. A physical Limited Edition is available to pre-order now for $99.99 at the NIS America Online Store as well.
