The Magical Girl and The Evil Lieutenant Used to Be Archenemies is a four-panel manga written and illustrated by the late Cocoa Fujiwara. It was serialized from 2013 to 2015 in Square Enix’s Monthly Gangan Joker. Avex Pictures initially revealed the anime adaptation in November.
